At around €300,000, there is no shortage of new-build choice on the Costa Blanca. La Hoya made our collection because very few developments combine this much usable space, a genuinely comprehensive turnkey specification, generous private outdoor areas, parking and storage, and resort-style facilities at this price point.
Vivalife made the collection for a different reason. It has been conceived as tourist accommodation from the outset, with a municipal planning licence for 24 tourist apartments, professional rental management and detailed operating projections that allow buyers to examine the assumptions behind the rental proposition.
Oasis Laguna joins the collection for its family-holiday proposition: an amenity-led resort base between the lagoon and the Mediterranean, with extensive leisure facilities and a professional tourism-management model.
This opportunity made our shortlist for different reasons: full planning permission, an international five-star hospitality proposition at final agreement stage, a dramatic Adriatic setting and private access ahead of the development’s wider public launch.
