Before a development enters the Solstice Collection, we consider the location, developer, specification, pricing, ownership proposition, rental potential, management arrangements where applicable and the alternatives a buyer could purchase for similar money.
We select. You decide. Our role is not to show you thousands of properties. It is to identify a smaller number that deserve serious consideration — and give you enough information to decide whether one is right for you.
